We read every report. Corrections about outdated information get priority — downloader sites change often, and we want the guides here to stay accurate. If an article describes something that no longer matches reality, tell us which page and what's different.

A few things we can't help with: we don't run a converter, so we can't fix downloads or recover files. We aren't affiliated with Y2Mate, YouTube, or Google, so we can't help with their accounts, policies, or takedowns. And we don't provide legal advice — for copyright questions specific to your country, please consult a qualified professional.

We don't publish an email address, and we won't ask for yours beyond what's needed to follow up on a discussion post. Keep personal details out of public discussion threads — other readers can see them.

When reporting a correction, include the page name and what's wrong — for example, which step no longer matches the current page, or which detail changed. The more specific you are, the faster we can check and fix it.

Write in whatever language you're comfortable with; we'll work it out. Screenshots or exact error text help more than descriptions like "it doesn't work." And if your question is really about a third-party converter rather than this site, say so up front — we can point you to the right guide, but we can't fix their service.

We aim to review every report, but we're a small informational site, not a support desk — so complex or off-topic questions may not get individual replies. Posting in the public discussion also helps other readers who have the same question.
